H3C and IPENET Solutions Collaborate to Grow Penang's Manufacturing Sector
At the most recent H3C City Tour in Penang, which had the theme “Tech Talk 2022, Share for Possible,” H3C—a pioneer in digital solutions—announced its partnership with IPENET Solutions Sdn Bhd. This collaboration seeks to enhance Penang businesses’ digitalization, particularly in the manufacturing sector, which is one of H3C’s focus industries for 2022.
IPENET Solutions is one of H3C’s primary partners and they are very supportive, according to Rockies Ma, General Manager of H3C Malaysia. We are happy to have established this partnership with IPENET Solutions because they are a major supplier of IT services in Penang. Through the “Partner First” policy, H3C has been steadily growing its ecosystem of partners, and this collaboration demonstrates its dedication to helping the country discover how technologies are advancing within society.
According to Teng Khek Khoon, sales manager of IPENET Solutions, “We are proud to be the H3C Malaysia Partner, one of the fastest-growing providers of digital infrastructure. With H3C’s backing, it enables IPENET to give full-fledged solutions and better delivery lead time to our clients in addressing business issues.” Khek Khoon is a sales manager with 18 years of expertise in the sector and a sizable client base in the North.
The Software-Defined Networking (SDN) solution from H3C is expected to have a significant influence across all industries, according to CCW Research, an information and communication technologies (ICT) market research and consulting business. SDN solutions enable intelligence to be controlled through the use of software in the industrial sector, bringing with them advantages like automation, centralized management, transparent and extremely detailed network security implementation, and rules-based controls.
H3C’s Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solution, on the other hand, combines networking, storage, and computation into a single instance that runs on server hardware. In other words, a manufacturer’s traditional data center will be seamlessly connected, enabling workload consolidation, decreased marketing time, increased productivity, automated infrastructure, and cost-effective manufacturing of in-demand items.
The collaboration between H3C and IPENET Solutions is anticipated to boost Penang’s industrial sector by securing the IT infrastructure of manufacturers. Both parties anticipate that the partnership will benefit the Penang businesses in the long run by making the most of available resources, reducing costs and time to market, scaling operations effectively, and streamlining deployments.
Under H3C “Partner First” guiding principle, the H3C partner ecosystem is gradually blossoming. We are happy to report that H3C Malaysia has taken a further step in enhancing its partnership with our regional partners in Penang. We will collaborate, succeed, and advance the digitalization of the manufacturing sector with IPENET Solutions. Rockies Ma put an end to it.
