Roles and Responsibilities

  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
  • Respond to incidents, investigate and provide resolutions of incidents escalated via email, inbound call based on agreed service level
  • Provide timely status updates to relevant parties
  • Collaborate with fellow technical specialists to solve problems
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies, products, and platforms

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year working experience as IT Support
  • Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge in installation, setup, troubleshooting
  • Good attitude and communication skill
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • Proficiency in English, Malay & local dialect
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft solutions e.g Microsoft 365, Active Directory, MS Office, MS windows client
  • Good understanding of computer systems, networking, and other tech products e.g Cisco LAN & Wifi solutions, Sophos, backup, server, and storage
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Possess own transport

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions
  • Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients
  • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports
  • Enter new client data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database
  • Attend periodic sales training where applicable
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position

Requirements

  • Knowledge in IT industry and solutions – hardware, software and services is an added advantage
  • Have experience or deep interest in Sales/Telesales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Admin or equivalent.
