Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle important client accounts in Ipenet Solutions
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client
  • Lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for client are met, and help the client succeed
  • Bring in new business from existing clients or contacts, and will develop new relationships with potential clients
  • Understand clients’ requirements and identify solutions to address their needs
  • Work closely with both external and internal parties to come out with proposal (principles, distributors, solution consultant, technical manager and engineers)
  • Perform project coordination and ensure completion within the timeline

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • 3-5 years working experience in sales account management, or relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Willing to learn
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
