Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle important client accounts in Ipenet Solutions
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client
  • Lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed
  • Bring in new business from existing clients or contacts, and will develop new relationships with potential clients
  • Understand clients’ requirements and identify solutions to address their needs
  • Work closely with both external and internal parties to come out with proposal (principles, distributors, solution consultant, technical manager, and engineers)
  • Perform project coordination and ensure completion within the timeline

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • 3-5 years working experience in sales account management, or relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Willing to learn
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform network related project deployment , troubleshooting & maintenance
  • Deliver technical solutions to clients and take responsibility for the standards of work, project sign off and client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for providing in-depth technical support of assigned technology/area for customers
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, project manager, and service resources by communicating project status and success metrics
  • Contribute expertise towards a proposed technical solution and will work with sales team to define the roadmap and milestones.
  • Provided expert advice on technical proof-of-concepts evaluation
  • Learn and adapt with new technologies, products and platforms
  • Provides coaching and professional development to team members in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge in installation, setup, troubleshooting for LAN, WAN , security technology
  • In-depth expertise in the implementation, analysis, optimization, troubleshooting and documentation of LAN/WAN network infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge in setup & troubleshooting Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortigate, Sophos solutions including switch, router, firewall, IP Phones, etc
  • Extensive exposure to Cisco routers and switches with Nexus VPC, VSS, fabric path & ACL
  • Good attitude and communication skill
  • Minimum 3 years working experience
  • CCNA is compulsory, CCNP is an advantage
