Job Opportunities


  • Provide pre-sales support/consultancy for all opportunities involving server, storage and backup solutions, including associate applications
  • Identify client requirements: technical requirements, client infrastructure, configuration and requirements and technical design including solution configurations and diagrams
  • Understand customer needs, overcome objections, assist in the development of business cases, and technically close deals
  • Prepare technical proposals and bill of materials
  • Respond to technical RFP/RFI questions and participate in sales meetings and calls
  • Conduct Proof of Concept, high-level technical presentations, conferences and training
  • Maintain and in-depth level of technical and industry knowledge through training, seminars and certifications
  • Provides guidance and expertise in the planning, design, and implementation of client IT infrastructure


  • Strong verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
  • Experienced in designing solutions from Cisco, HPE, DellEMC, Netapp, Microsoft and all other leading technology providers
  • Possess sound knowledge in at least one of the areas below:
  • Computing (server, storage, backup/restore, VMWare, HCI, Cloud, etc)
  • System (Microsoft, Linux etc)
  • Minimum 3-5 year experience in providing presales consultancy
  • Proven experience in providing complex data centre and security solutions to enterprise and SME clients
  • Proven track record of proposing, building and/or deploying solutions
  • Experience in designing and presenting technical solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle the most important client accounts in Ipenet Solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client.
  • Be the lead point of contact for all key client matters and anticipate the client’s needs
  • Work within the company to ensure deadlines for client are met, and help the client succeed.
  • Bring in new business from existing clients or contacts
  • Develop new relationships with potential clients.

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the respective client managers
  • Source for pricing, prepare costing and send quotations
  • Ensure orders are processed and keep track the order status
  • Work and communicate closely with Sales, Purchasing and Solutions teams


  • Have experience or interest in Sales/Telesales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Admin or equivalent.
