  • Manage and coordinate ELV project
  • Visit project site on daily basis
  • Submit report and progress claims
  • Liaise with main contractor, sub cons and internal team

Requirements

  • Open to Malaysian only
  • Min 3 years working experience as IT Engineer/Project Coordinator/Engineer
  • Possess strong knowledge and experience in handling projects involving CCTV, networking, cabling, IPTV
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility as well as able to work independently
  • Able to read, speak and write in English
  • Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Perform system administration, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, RMA
  • Respond to incident, investigate and provide resolutions of incidents escalated via email, inbound call or onsite based on agreed service level
  • Provide timely status updates to relevant parties
  • Collaborate with fellow technical specialists to solve problem

Requirements

  • Experience in implementing and maintaining Cisco networking solutions is an added advantage

  • Provide 1st level of technical support and functional assistance to end user’s PC/Laptop and handheld devices
  • Format, setup, configure, image PC/Laptop and handheld devices
  • Install and setup computer peripherals for end users
  • Computer hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot and support servers, storage, networking & firewall
  • Coordination with client’s customers and vendors on their IT system support & troubleshooting
