Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales support/consultancy for all opportunities involving server, storage and backup solutions, including associate applications
  • Identify client requirements: technical requirements, client infrastructure, configuration and requirements and technical design including solution configurations and diagrams
  • Understand customer needs, overcome objections, assist in the development of business cases, and technically close deals
  • Prepare technical proposals and bill of materials
  • Respond to technical RFP/RFI questions and participate in sales meetings and calls
  • Conduct Proof of Concept, high-level technical presentations, conferences and training
  • Maintain and in-depth level of technical and industry knowledge through training, seminars and certifications
  • Provides guidance and expertise in the planning, design, and implementation of client IT infrastructure

Requirements

  • Strong verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
  • Experienced in designing solutions from Cisco, HPE, DellEMC, Netapp, Microsoft and all other leading technology providers
  • Possess sound knowledge in at least one of the areas below:
  • Computing (server, storage, backup/restore, VMWare, HCI, Cloud, etc)
  • System (Microsoft, Linux etc)
  • Minimum 3-5 year experience in providing presales consultancy
  • Proven experience in providing complex data centre and security solutions to enterprise and SME clients
  • Proven track record of proposing, building and/or deploying solutions
  • Experience in designing and presenting technical solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
  • Managing account team assigned to each client
  • Strategic planning to improve client results
  • Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance
  • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
  • Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met
  • Collaborating with sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Analysing client data to provide customer relationship management
  • Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • At least 3-5 year working experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

  • Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and field support for client platform related problems
  • Respond promptly to incident, investigate and provide resolutions of incidents escalated via email, inbound call or onsite
  • Provide timely status updates to relevant parties
  • Monitor the agreed service level, document and maintain the configuration of the systems
  • Collaborate with fellow technical specialists to solve problem
  • Learn and adapt with new technologies, products and platforms

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
